Rafiki Strategy's portfolio is characterized by both strategy and transformation projects.

Examples of strategy processes include the growth strategy of a globally operating dredging company with a turnover of more than 1 billion euro, the strategy of an maintenance company with 3000 employees and the overall strategy of a European railway operator and mobility provider with a turnover in excess of 4 billion euros.

On a different scale - 50 practioners - the strategic plan of a Rotterdam based mindfullness company was co-created.

Transformation projects include the development of a new rail concept, the start up of a global logistics company based in New York City, a trans docking operation for the largest beer company in the world. the start up of a mail hub in the Dutch Caribbean, the set up of a new terminal office in Malta and the feasibility & implementation of a maritime development and innovation center in the Port of Rotterdam.
